SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping to Belgium and the Netherlands is at a flat standard rate of €8 via Bpost and Post NL, delivery is usually 1-3 business days.

Shipping to Germany, Luxembourg and France is a standard shipping rate starting from €15 and would increase according to the size and weight specifications of the item. Most items deliver within 2-5 business days.

Shipping to other destinations will be upon request, so please contact us for more information.

Any ready for sale item is shipped within 2 business days.
For custom made items, the shipping is done upon completion of the order and client's approval of the final result.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns are only accepted for ready made items and not for custom orders.
Any return costs are for the client to pay.

Exchange is only possible for ready made items any return costs and shipping of new item is for the client to pay.
​
If you receive a faulty product, whether it is a ready made or custom item, you are eligible for a replacement on your order, provided the fault is in the manufacturing and not damaged during shipping.
